My brother has always complained of breathing problems while exercising. He tried nac and he said it helped him get rid of phlegm. It helps remove shit from your lungs. That's the simple answer. It's also great for your liver. I get mine from powdercity.com

Here is an article specific to asthma. I had it as a kid. I seem to have grown out of it. I use NAC as a liver booster and antioxident. Good luck Ranger.
