Great study. I have always been a big fan of taurine. It has many benefits and I always try to use 5g daily. In the study they used 1.5g taurine so 5g is a good amount. Although they also used 140mg deca in the study so I probably need more than 5g taurine :D

I use app. 5g taurine everyday, some more....cheap supp if you buy in powder form. Taste is OK...neutral completely

That's what I used to do. Easy to add in and doesn't really taste of anything. A 500g bag of powder is very cheap and will last 100 days.
