The evidence the founding doctor or scientist had is that children were fed popsickle for an extended amount of time. He noticed the ones who ate popsickle daily for the length of time began to have little to fat in their cheeks compared to the children who did not eat popsicles.

There’s a really funny joke in there somewhere, I just can’t get it to coalesce. Something about frozen dildos, maybe? I dunno.

With a workout like CG's you are going to hurt no matter what you take. There are things that can lower levels of lactic acid so could help out. Extra bicarbonate helps remove lactic acid faster and could be done with adding baking soda in water. Taking in creatine, beta alanine, magnesium before or during training would help a lot. Drinking lot's of water is a must as well.

For sure, no matter what you are gonna do you are gonna hurt period. Pop some muscle relaxers and some oxy's and try to sleep for the next couple days lol. I will say as much as it hurts some cardio has probably helped me the most when I have been in pain from a hardcore leg day.

Now that you mention it Beta Alanine is a good supplement for that and I usually add it to my EAA's.
