Omfg my ass hurts!!!!!

Doesn't make sense to me. 3cc in the glute is nothing, to be quite honest. That muscle could probably handle up to 5cc without issues. Especially if we're talking about "bigger folks".

These are the variables which most likely contributed to your pain:

A)Manufacturer of your product used way too much alcohol concentration
B)You went way too deep with your needle. How many inches?
C)The gauge was too high? What gauge?
D)You pushed it in too slowly. How fast do you push?

If you use a 25gauge, 5/8 inch, and go 0.5cc at a time with a 20second break per push, I have a feeling you probably won't even feel it the next day (even if it was 3.5cc). Maybe it was just the carrier's oil though.

Nah, even 400mg should not knot you up at 3cc . Maybe he doesn't cut his product the same way other suppliers do for their 400mg t.
