I only tochef the baggy! I'm going to run 250 mg eod. Keep the heat to a minimum.
I've ran it two times and it's really not bad at 250mg a day. But I'm older now and I realize I don't have to rush everything. 250 mg eod or even every third day is quite effective. AND I don't feel like shit and can still train pretty hard.I am scared of that stuff
