Cutting/Bulking are only considered by ones diet! Any gear can be used for either or, depending on ones diet! As for what is most commonly used:
Any Testosterone base is excellent for putting on mass, I prefer Test Enan.
Trenbolone and Masteron are great for vascularity and cutting up. BD products are excellent and you will see great results from using any of their gear!!
