do you take a supp 20 minutes prior to workout on an empty stomach? how? what about the preworkout nutrition?thanks

well to be literal you dont have to do anything .... but personally i would take any sup you want to take before a workout with your pre work out protein shake about 30 mins prior to workout so it has time to work itself into your system. But if its just like a multi vit or something thats not to aide your workout i would say to take it in the morning with breakfast...
