\My cardio sessions are max 20 min. During a massing cycle, cardio right after a weight routine is a bit much to handle on the body, and I am afraid I am just taking nutrients away from muscle tissue or eating away at them. Is cardio in the morning on an empty stomach better? Interval training? Fast walking? What is best?

I am 6'1 245 lbs I always train heavy and for size. I do cardio in my routine 4 days aweek I walk on the treadmill for 1hr and burn 500 calories during that cardio session. I am going at a moderate/fast pace. I think cardio is just as important in your bodybuilding routine as weight training. I am not losing any muscle and I am noticing inches off my waist were is the only place I have some fat. I follow a strict diet, no fast food! No sweets! Take supplements, and alot of protein. This works! And I do my cardio session right after my hard workout with weights. I am not losing any size, I am getting bigger!
Hope this helps.
