hi! I know that some drinks are full of citric acid. does it degrade creatine? also acid asorbic. if does, wich juice can I take?

Citric acid does not affect creatine. is better to take the creatine as soon as you mix it.

nothing acid can effect the creatine. it can't degrade it. simple water wouldn't in 20 minutes anyway
