hi guys. can anyone tell me what would be the best and the safest way to gain dry weight , not fat.thanks

First , the best and safest way is to set yourself up a big time frame to achieve that. The pure muscle it takes time to build. You need to put in order your diet. To eat more than enought good protein from eggs, chicken , fish and of course from your shakes. Don't overtrain, work every muscle group once a week, and try to increase slowly the weights, when the numer of reps go over ten per set.
