Can ECA be dangerous on certain cycles? and if so, which cycles?

I think the main concern if any is blood presure. If you're all good that way and your healthy over all, you should have no probs.

if you use too much and not keep it safe. i ran it at 25mgs of e, 250mgs of c, and 81mgs of a 3X a day and was fine. only worries is as said above high blood pressure on a cycle with any gear that converts to estrogen used with both together could cause a problem, or just the regular worries like over stimulated nervous system...

If your a normally healthy person with no heart conditions and good BP,,you should be just fine.

ECA can raise your blood pressure so using it with dbol could potentially be dangerous...
