hey.
looking for some info on eq..
just started about 2 and half weeks ago and was wondering if anyone has experienced headaches with it.. i know the eating and hunger pains are an issue but im getting headeaches that arent to bad but linger and trouble sleeping.. which ive had before with other supps.. looking for a heads up..

Heads up, Go and have your BP checked and get some blood work done while you are at it. make sure you are drinking lots of water, at least a gallon or more a day, that is at least a gallon two is better. But get that bp checked!!
