How does this sound for a first cycle?


500mg Testosterone Enanthate wks 1-10
300mg Deca Durabolin wks 1-9
50mg Dianabol Everyday wks 1-5

PCT 2wks after last injection:

100mg clomid Everyday for 4wks
40mg nolvadex Everyday for 4wks



Feedback and suggestions appreciated.

So what dosage are recommended? Im 23y,6.3ft,185lbs and have trained steady since I was 16.

dbol should be fine at 30mg a day.....you should do the basic clomid nolva pct.....with day 1 being 300mg clomid, 2-11 being 100mg, and 12-21 being 50mg........i think you'd be wasting nolva running it at 40mg/day for pct....what you could do is run it throughout the whole cycle at like 10mg a day, then for your pct, run it with the clomid everyday at 20mg.....just what i think

So a total of 3wks for pct should be enough? Is it really necassary to take nolva during the whole cycle? If so, how does this look?

Solid advice bro. I personally don't take clomid but only nolv. A good rule of thumb is 20mg nolv=50mg clomid.

Deca should be run a little longer bro. Try this.

wks 1-12 test 500mg
wks 1-11 deca 300mg

Also, hcg should DEFINATELY be taken throughout to help prevent going limp (deca-dick). I would start around wk 4 or 5 at 500iu e5d. At the end you could run 500iu ed for 10 days after last shot of test, then 4 days later start pct. Hopefully you are not gyno prone because deca can trigger progesterone induced gyno which nolv will not help, for that one you need bromo which is usually hard to find. But this is not too common except for very gyno prone people. Because of deca-dick I choose eq anymore, but you may not get this from it.

Dont got a gf right now, but how long could a possible deca-dick last? Ive got plenty of viagra just in case ;)

I was running test and finished with some hcg and still had it for about 3 months. I could only perform occasionally and it didn't last long when I did.

Not necessarily true bro. It depends on the individual, I had it once, but I also had finaplix which could have attributed to it.

And just one more question about dd, is it completely dead so you cant even release your boys once in a while? :sperm:
(And would viagra help at all? )

I could release my boys but sometimes I just stayed limp and could not continue sex with my gf. She thought it was her which did not help that relationship.

Ok, so nothing a viagra or two wont fix then :)


Cant wait to get started now, I can allmost feel the rush when Im pumping in the gym already. But have decided to wait until next monday before I give it a go so I start up the first day of the week.

Deca dick is a real phenomenon, so be carefull. Tren also, being a 19-nor progestin, can cause the same thing...and sometimes test doesnt help. I haven't been on tren for more than 6 days, and my sex drive is gone and im getting limp, even with 500mg test...so, if you have a girlfriend get some viagra.

Yea my dumbass did deca and fina with test and dbol one time and I was limp for 3 or 4 months. I even ran 5000iu of hcg at the end for 2 wks. If I ever do deca again it will be fast acting durabolin and I will run hcg e5d thoughout the cycle. For now though I stick with eq, don't like the bloat anyway.
