heat it until it gets warm-you dont want to over do it-just enough to get it flowing easier

what about injecting, should I warm it up for less pain?

That's what I'd do. Just keep the original pin that you used to withdraw on and of course with the cap on...and then change to a new fresh pin after you've warmed the oil in the syringe with the heating pad.

Check out www.howtodoinjections.com for great information on the subject.

How do I know which sachet is the sust and which is the deca?

there will be a stamped lot numbers on the side edge of the sachet. (small like expiration dates on food products) look at the last 2 digits. Deca is 01 and sust is 03.

Tyrone is exactly right on the money. Always change your needle after you draw up. Whether its from vials or sathets..............................
