Hi Guys,

Just introducing myself in the forum. Im working to try and get bigger and more defined. I have a tendancy to carry some 'padding' as you can see from my photos. Despite swimming and training in the gym and cycling 18 miles on a wednesday, I still have that problem.

Anyway, I hope I can get some help and advice here.

Welcome to ANASCI gympigi. Keep in mind diet is the critical key to ridding yourself of that extra 'padding'.

hi guys,

thanks for the welcome. i am pretty good at keeping a clean diet. i have a pretty slow metabolism though. I eat very little sugar, salt and drink lots too.
