Very strong. What is your training split? Whats your diet like? My gf finds all info useful.

day 1 - cardio
day 2- chest. triceps, abs
day 3 -shoulders
day 4 -back/biceps
day5 -legs
Cardio- every day

Eating:

oats, eggs, chicken breast, sweet potato, protein shakes, lean meat(mainly chicken breast), vegetables, olive oil, tuna and drinking a lot of water

These I can do for 5 or more reps:


Quad extensions: 180 lbs
Trap bar : 175 lbs
Standing BB Curl: 56 lbs
Lat Pulldown: 140 lbs

I'm up to doing crunches with a 25 lb DB behind my neck, and I can do 35 hanging leg lifts in a row,which was pretty cool.

two chin ups (close grip with hands facing me).

Whats your overall goals?



Short term aims:

Wide grip pull ups, using the pull up machine,

Bench pressing 65lbs for 10 reps in under a minute.

Squatting 130punds – at least 10 reps
