Weeks 1-10 test enanth. 400mg a week
weeks 1-10 deca 300 300mg a week
(injecting half the dosage twice a week)
Diabol 50mg a day weeks 1-4

Hope to be able to trim a bit this cycle as my diet was crapp for almost a year. I wonder if being on gear will help me burning calories.

Going higher on test and deca would be a better idea imo. Pls post your stats. If you will continue eating shit load of bad foods you might gain fat even if your cycling.

Do not be afraid of food. if you are looking to bulk up. Just deal with the cutting after the cycle.

Being on cycle will help you burn calories but that isn't an excuse to eat crap again. Please post your stats. Keep your diet full of complex carbs, protein and good fats. If everything is right you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time... diet is everything though.
