I read somewhere that 30-40 minutes of moderate cardio, lik walking on a treadmill on level 4 for twice, three times a week is enough to burn a great level of fat
I tried that for a couple of times but to me doesn’t look enough, is kind like a waste of time. Not sure if to continue this routine or not. Need opinions. Cheers
