Important vitamin dosages

Every cycle I try to educate myself more n more. Info and recommendations seem to change all the time. Routines and diet are sharpening, but wanted info:

What are some of the MUST HAVE vitamins on hand (besides the Multi) that can really assist while on a cycle; and at what dosages are average?

My Cycle: Test C/ EQ/ Anadrol

Go for it, niacin is one of the human body essentials. Me personally don't take niacin supplements, eating so much of the foods niacin is found in , like meats(chicken, beef, fish), cereals and nuts, vegetables, milk and eggs.

Thanks for feedback, sticking with what I got.

Now I take multivitamin, extra Vit D, C, Niacin, and ovcourse my milk thistle while finishing off some creatine tablets I have left over.

I guess I could get some extra glutamine and amino acids?
