Hi girls.
I realised that I'm so bored of cardio, my routine is usually 45 minutes and most of the time I'll walk at an incline for half an hour and the last 15 minutes I ride the bike .How is yours ? any suggestions on cardio routine?

Hi Hilary!
You can mix it up. Running one day. treadmill another, swimming another.
How many days per week do you do cardio?

I always do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Can really make a difference in burning fat. Minnie has gave you a good advice.
