After I've been on the boards researching I have planned my first cycle:
week 1-12 test cyp 500mg/wk
nolva and clomid for pct, clomid to start 2 wks after the last test shot.
I'm 25 6ft 210lbs and 14%bf , training for 3 years
Can you tell me if the half life of test cyp is the same as test e? 14 days? Also, what do you think about my plan?

Solid stats, cycle looks good. pin 250 mg evenry 3.5 days, and add HCG 500 iu E5D week 3 to last pin.

The half-life of cypionate and enanthate are very similar , about 5-6 days.
 
BF is a little high, you could drop some before the cycle, but it looks good to me.
 
Looks good to me too. Maybe some liquidex or arimidex at .5mg ED to keep the bloat down.

Keep the carbs in check and you could gain some muscle while losing some fat
