I've read about deca and that it needs to be run dor long periods, so which would be most effective, 600mg each week for 10 weeks or 400mg each week for 15 weeks?thanks

I've ran Deca for 12wks @ 400mg per week. With pretty good results. You wanna run your test about
2wks longer than the deca..I Ran this cycle twice

10-12 weeks is ideal for deca,imo.

I agree. I wouldn't bother going any longer then 12wks.
