Hi everyone. I was told to move this thread to here (see below). I'm new on this site and I'm trying to get some help. I'm 24, 5' 10, 153lbs, probably 15% body fat (so yes, I have bit of beer in the belly right now), and an MMA fighter. I fight at 140 or 145. I'm trying to get some help on cycles for MMA. I see a lot of suggestions for one drug, but nothing about PCT or cycling at all. I haven't found any real consistent advice online for MMA cycles. Can I get some direction on how to get help?

As far as goal go, I will probably drop down to 145 in 2 weeks to get the fat off of me. I'd like to stay around 150-155. I'm looking for something that would make me stronger, faster, and not put on a lot of extra weight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are not looking to lose or gain much...I would suggest a strict diet, and possibly some speed training is all you would need.....

Read through the AAS Profiles link that PRIDE gave you and you will get a better understand of each substance, their purpose and what they can and can't do.....
