Quads, glutes, lats, rear delts, side delts, tris, bis, pecs. Mix it up as much as you can. It will save you a lot of trouble in the long run. You should do this even if your only pinning once or twice a week.

Glutes are generally most forgiving for most people, but if your in this for the long haul, you need to rotate in some more sites. Also you will find different muscle reacts differently to gear.

I split up my quads into 3 different sections, that gives me 6 different sites on quads alone.
