my bro just ended a cycle of sust at 500 mg and deca at 500 mg per week for 9 weeks. his last shot was today. when he should start taking hcg, clomid and nolva and at what doses?

I wouldnt use HCG during PCT. He should begin the NOLVA/CLOMID 14-21 days after his last injection.

Take the HCG three weeks after your last injection
 
You can take HCG now imo, but make sure you stop a couple days before you start PCT.
Start actual PCT 3 weeks after last injection.
