Can women keep a good amount of muscle mass off cycle, or do all gains dissapear? And what are the others effects? Depression, sex drive?

I know girls who haven't cycled in over 2 years, and still have almost all the size they got from cycling.

I would expect a woman to eventually lose most gains made thru aas, just because of low natural test in a woman's body.
