How this look like for an newbie, for a first cycle?
week 1-8 sust @ 500 mg/wk
week 1-8 EQ @ ~400mg/wk
PCT - clomid after 3 weeks and Nolva just in case.

Imo it too short for both of them and you don't need eq on your first cycle.

Agree EQ is not going to add much to first cycle. Plus, EQ works much better in longer cycles. Suggest Sust alone for about 12 weeks.

Use a small dose AI during the whole cycle.

just make sure you eat, anyone can gain weight by eating. If you are maintaining your weight at 180 with you calorie consumption what do you think steroids are going to do without the added nutrition?

i'm well aware that a surplus of calories is the basis for gaining weight.

Up your cals by 1000-1500 daily and that will sure as hell help break any plateau.
