I just wanted to make a quick introduction. I've been on and off at the local gym now for the last two years.. (allright, more off than on) Right now I am about 5 weeks into a diet/exercise program trying to shed about 10-15 more pounds before I attempt my very first cycle.
I must say I have learned more in an evening of reading these boards than I have in a week of surfing the net. I hope to continue reading and learning so that I am completely prepared for my "first time". So thanks to all of you who take your time to answer the same questions over and over again. They say repetition is good for the memory. Repetition is good for the .. umm.. something or other.
