So, I currently have a problem many guys wish they had...in addition to gear I had on hand, I just received prescriptions for some more. I'm getting some advice to take everything together and cruise forever, vs. most on bb boards that suggest cycles and tapering off.

So...what i have is text cyp, eq, deca, hcg, and arimidex. (see, I told you you wish you had my problem...lol)

Me: this will be my fourth cycle. I was *not* happy with previous cycles (300 ml test cyp wk for 1 and 2; 400 cyp/200 eq my second and third).

I am 52. I have been out of the gym for a year, and ballooned up to 225 (all fat). Just lost it all through good diet and cardio and am down to 185. Still about 22 bmi. Will be getting back into gym daily after this damn hurricane passes.

Bloodwork is solid; cholestorol and triglycerides low, blood pressure good, etc.

Looking for solid mass gains. I lost lean mass along with fat in the last few months. I used to bench 225 regualarly; now I'd struggle with 140. Lost alot of strength, and I aint getting younger.

Thoughts? I have never used hcg before, so this is a new ingredient, and I'm not sure how I should work it in with the cyp/deca or cyp/eq.

Thoughts?

Definitely get your diet down better. Body fat is too high to be starting a cycle. Higher percentages of body fat will have possible bad sides, gyno for starters. Sounds like you're on trt. I'm sure since you have been prescribed all the goodies ,that you've had your test levels checked. Just continue with trt til you get down to at the minimum 14% or 12% bf.

I just cant imagine getting much lower right now. I'm at HIGH SCHOOL weight and I'm 52! I mean, look at my avatar..that is a few months ago!

Yes is does look from your avatar that you are carrying extra unneeded body fat.

With the bit you have on hand I would go with something like 500mg/wk of Test for 12wks and 400mg/wk of Deca for 10wks. 250iu/wk of HCG and 25mg Arimidex throughout.

Well it sounds like your on TRT so if it was me I would do blasts and cruises. As far as dosages I would take ProFIT's advice...

Agree with everyone, I support blasting and cruising over cycling no matter what but thats my opinion. Cruise for a while and keep your routine going and progressing for a few months, then run EQ and Test together, seems like you dont wanna blow up big so dont run the deca yet. EQ and test should give you great gains and lean gains, run em for 14 weeks or so and you are golden

My only concern is the longer cycle in a guy his age. I certainly wouldnt say he couldnt or shouldnt, but I would try to bust your ass the first 6-8 weeks and if you saw your gains trickling down around the 8th week, I would personally terminate as I think as older guys we absolutely have to realize we are going to shut down badly and its going to be a long haul recovering.

The hcg sounds like a plan and do assess your nuts to kinda get a sense whether thats the right timing. The dose is probably right. I didnt see your frequency on armidex, I have always believed because of its half life EOD was the appropriate frequency.

I think at our age ( I am actually a fair bit older ) short of doing some PGCL or DNP we arent going to lose the last of that body fat and I am not sure if you are bulking you want to. I would work myself up to heavy low frequency lifting and shoot for a bench of around 400lbs at week 8. If you already a baddass then 4 at 435. If thats a snapp, I should be getting advise from you.

And if ever was the time to really keep your diet fairly clean and your protein intake up, it would be now as I assume you have to becareful of adding to much body fat simply because you have to take it off and again its not so easy as these younger guys got.

Keep it simple and dont think high doses are neccesarily going to get you any farther. I did my first cycle at 44 and blew up. It was symply sus up to 750mg, deca to 400mg and Dbol to get it started. I took it out to 12 weeks but never saw much beyond 8 weeks.

But thats just my experience. And you may need that cialis you have. The studies seem to show that all of us want to phuck damn near everything the first couple months and then theres a rebound and for us older guys it can be quite a challenge. In addition I know you know this, got to have nolva on hand. Have no idea whether we are more prone or less but its not something you want to be trying to find when and if your nipples get sore.

I can tell you I am not particularly concerned with eliminating body fat: I will never grace the cover of Mens Health, and I will never enter a contest. I just want to be a big ol' muscular daddy bear :-) I am very good at 'listening' to my body: This is the end of Week 1, and I am shocked at how much strength I'm lost since being in the gym a year ago....BUT I also fell fucking FANTASTIC after my workouts and ready to conquer the world! I am really psyched, feeling good, sleeping well, shooting far, and life is good. Thanks, bro, just for giving a shit!

Do you know you are already in a place where 90% of the guys our age never get to. The jurys still out, but its clear that beyonf 40 its a downhill graph till death for everyone. But I personally feel testosterone may slow the progression or at aminimum be a whole lot more fun. it aint fun, its not worth it. If it doesnt pay dividends it not worth it.

Enjoy and have fun, you should feel like a kid in the candy store or a fox in the hen house!
