Hate clen cramps, advice above will help and I also like using glycerol to help keep my muscle hydrated more

I dont think Ive ever experienced cramps from clen specifically? But, I do take in a great deal of water every day, so maybe that plays into it. Either way, cramps suck (especially menstrual).

I found water and taurine to be the most effictive for me.

2 gallons of water, 2000 milligrams of Taurine, and 400 milligrams of chelated potassium every day and no cramps...

Its all about the fact that you peed out electrolytes along with the water. You need to replace taurine and potassium as suggested.

taurine at 4-6g per day as clen depletes your taurine stores which can cause you to cramp, that, plus the stuff chucklee mentioned should take care of it
