BP is fine. I get headaches from prior head trauma. Just usally it takes high dosages of ibuprofen to get rid of them. Which isnt good for me being on aas. Also I used to aspirin daily and that helped some but thins the blood too much.

I have had migraines since I was little. The doctors have prescribed plenty of things to help with them but nothing ever does. When the migraine hits nothing helps!

Sometimes they're so bad my head throbs just breathing. I noticed that a shower with really hot water hitting the back of my head and neck calms it enough so that I can actually fall a sleep when I get out, if I get to bed fast enough before it comes raging back!

When needed I usually make a cocktail - small amounts of different pain killers (aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen and naproxen). Still not great for the kidneys, but an MD gave me that advice awhile back, and it seems to work for me.

Naproxen is just like taking 4 ibuprofen. Never works for me, I end up taking 3-4 at a time.
