The Feds want to control every aspect of the people's lives. It's sad that most do not see this.

It is also stupid that the people give into their stupidity by breaking the law as soon as it is legalized by burning up in public! They are just feeding into the Feds argument of them saying why it shouldn't be legal.

It makes no sense to make it legal in the states without it being legal federally. Too many conflicting rules and regulations.

I agree...Looks like just a game so that both the state and Fed levels can get their cut in...State can sell and tax for a bit, then the Feds can come in and close the places down and seize property/product when they wish.....

I rake up heroin and crack bags up out of my front yard constantly. No joke . i could walk outside my house any day of the week and pick upa shit load of hard drug empties. Take the money out of the weed equation and the violence part will be gone. Hard drug dealers -- Crack thier motherfucking heads wide open.
