Ok I got some odd sharp pain if I am to put elbow down on ,say bed,to get up. Not super bad but I'm thinking it could get worse if I don't do something. Do I got "tennis elbow" or busae sack injury at the elbow ? Never hit it on anything . Is this just part of the weight training game I'm in? Any cures or help or ideas? Thanks .. Currently doing DMSO and it helps for a while ..
