I'll start off with my STATS-
Male, 29, 5'7", 153Ibs, 30"w. BF is usually around 8-9%. I'll do more body measurements to track gains... It's on the to-do list. I pride myself on being active, dedicated and overall healthy.
However, I could use some help on meal planning and advice to increase my calorie intake.
My goal is to gain some lean mass and educate myself on the vast world of AAS. I've never taken any AAS but open to the idea to achieve some size goals.
I'm very open to constructive criticism and think this community will be a great place to get conversations going and questions answered.
