I just tore my calf muscle about a week ago, will this shit help me out in healing?

If so, how much should I take....i'm about 280 pounds with mid-teens bf% right now.

Not too fucking happy about this injury right now.

Or is GHRP-2 a better option?


Thanks, I don't read too much on peptides these days, but need to figure something out quick if this shit works. I can't really afford HGH right now, or i'd already be on it.

I think it certainly would. It has helped me tremendously for my bicep tendon surgery and when I shattered my patella. I would do 2mg every other day for 10 days and a total of 10mg. I would then do 2mg/week until you reach your desired results. CJC/ghrp2 at 100/100 3-5xday would also be a great way to boost your own HGH production and aid in healing.

I tore both calf muscles over the past 2 years, each time i used it, i can't really say it helped the muscle repair or it didn't, they were both different tears plus i was using GH as well, It def did help with my elbows and knees both tendons felt much better while using it

Were your knees hurting during/after workouts or just about always?

Just about always, Knees mostly when getting up or off the ground, i have worked on concrete all my life and kneeling down and getting up i felt like a old man ( i kinda am old anyway) and they sounded like a old rocking chair getting up,
If they are hurting while training try some DSMO before you work out, it does wonders :headbang:
I don't lift real heavy anymore but i always use elbow sleeves and leg days i wear these which help alot also

Depending on how bad its torn really. I think it could help but to repair a torn muscle is another thing.
