Yeah IB Big Chef = good peeps . BC I just brought your name up in the grocery store yeasterday. Son and I were looking at some tongue in the butcher shop.
Son said wonder how you prepare that? (I was like I don't know i'll have to
hop over by PM and ask Big Chef.. Very cool seeing you over here again.

welcome back BigChef. from what I heard, chefs work crazy hours, like 12-15hr shifts. how do you manage to find time to train?

I don't work crazy hours bro, my job has work life balance so unfortunately I am very lucky. I do manage to go to gym after work but I took my prepared meals to work aswell.
