When taking our bp many of us bigger guys need to do it the oldschool way with a sphygmomanometer and a large cuff. I was getting consistently high readings with a wrist bp monitor (160/100+) but when I went to my Dr. he said that guys my size have to use a large cuff on a sphygmomanometer. It was only 128/74 taken this way. I control my bp with cardio, water intake and sodium limiting and on occasion Tadalifil. I also learned from my Dr. to only salt food after it's on the plate. I now cook with no salt at all.
