Do you already have the gear? If not I would just do .75 ed or 150 eod of prop for the first cycle.

Since you have already chosen those two compounds doing them once every 4 days is a hormonal rollercoaster..
For first cycle test cyp and deca nandrolin would have been better.How did u decide prop/ n prop? Whats your age btw?
