Just now seeing some change in my legs. Recently been hitting the a couple times a week with supplemental lifts and a once a week core hit.

I get most on my lifts from 'Arnold Schwarzenegger's encyclopedia to modern day bodybuilding'

For sure brother!

I'm just keeping the BF% low as well.

I like looking lean lol. No need to rush it

I feel the same way. Will take the lean gains year round rather than the yoyo effect of heavy bulking just to diet it back off again later. MAking smaller adjustments to your nutrition is better if you are trying to stay leaner

I know how you feel brother. I'm 6'4 but I can squat more than some guys with bigger legs.

I'm 6'7" and I really have to blast my legs to get any growth out of them (especially calves). Super setting works great for me. Strict lunges do as well. It's funny that you mentioned Arnold's book. I used that too when started out. Must be a tall guy thing.

I remember reading or hearing somewere that arnold at one point was obsessed with his legs trained them almost daily and believed it wasnt a "good" leg workout unless he threw up....not sure if its true or not but i can remember many a day having to have a buddy help me out to my truck on leg day cause my legs were pure jello after the workout lol. Keep workin it brother @ 6'6"" youll be ahead turning fucking monster with alittle mass :)

From what I remember from his book was that Arnold's weakness was his calves. So he would cut all of the legs on his sweatpants so he had to always look at them. And he would always work them 1st thing every workout.

For sure fellas.

That is true about him cutting his sweats.

People used to make fun of his legs so he wore short shorts so people would give him crap some he would train them hard.

But a tall guy with big legs looks really really good on stage IMO or at least nicely sculpted.

When I see a tall guy with big arms and big legs/calves then I know that that person put in a ton of work and was really dedicated. I know how hard it is to make long muscles look big and thick.
