Damn, that looks painful as heck! I can't wait for the fight, it's a good match-up.

I see the main event going the distance with a cautious GSP winning by decision.

What are everybody else's thoughts?

Rick Story dominates Brian Ebersole, taking him down repeatedly, keeping pressure on with hard punches, and knocking him down in the last round with leg kicks. UD for Story, though Ebersole can take a freaking beating.

Thales Leites won by decision over Ed Herman. Leites took Herman down repeatedly and spent most of the fight controlling him from various dominant positions, though he couldn't close the deal with an actual submission. Herman took numerous hard shots like they were nothing, earning him respect but not the win.

Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone avoids retirement by submitting Evan Dunham via a very solid triangle choke with 1:10 left in the second round.

Tim Elliot loses by decision to Ali Bagautinov. Not exactly an exciting fight - a couple knock-downs, couple take-downs, and one good submission attempt, though Elliot did get points for looking crazy.

Well, I called it right. 5 grueling rounds led to a split decision in favor of GSP. Not totally sure I agree, but my opinion doesn't count so GSP retains his belt.
