Doctor prescribed Flomax - 11-08-2013, 09:31 PM

I've been having some problems urinating the last 6-8 months, so went to the urologist today and he prescribed me Flomax. I've been doing some reading on it today and I'm a little unsure about taking it now. The sides from it seem to be all over the place, and can be quite severe in some cases.

Wondering if anyone has any info on this drug that I might not have read yet, or personal experiences.

Id say go with low dose cialis 5 mg day as its now okayed by the.fda for benign prostrate enlargement plus a quality saw palmetto extract 85% at 650mg per day. If i remember right flomax causes ED .

Low dose cialis ED fixes me right up. Don't leave home without it!

What was your PSA number for your last blood work?

He didn't prescribe the Flowmax because I have BPH. He even said my prostate was "tiny". Most likely cause he could come up is something similar to overactive bladder. He said the Flowmax would "relax everything" and hopefully get me back to normal. I didn't ask what my PSA number was, he just said it was normal.

Constant dry mouth, mild tinnitus, I get dizzy/lightheaded when I stand up quickly and reduced ejaculate volume. It's nothing that bothers me too badly. The only major problem is that it's not doing anything to help fix my symptoms. All the urinary issues I've been having are still happening.

I'm gonna get back in with the doc ASAP to see if he's got a better solution. Getting up 4 times a night to piss is keeping me from getting any sleep and making tired and miserable all day.

Add general lethargy and muscular weakness to the list of sides. I also get a feeling similar to hypoglycemia sometimes. The muscle weakness and hypo feeling seem to go together. I get a little shaky all over and start feeling weaker. Actually had trouble making a fist for about an hour yesterday I was feeling so weak.

And of course, the next opening the doctor's office has is the end of next month.
