quick question, has anyone here used diindolylmethane(DIM) and had success with it and at what dose?( both on cycle and TRT)

I'm on it right now but won't know until January bloodwork to see how good it is.

Im on it daily whether on or off. Labs soon..its very mild so im sure a higher dose a day would be needed when on trt.

Exactly zrob .. its works best to keep a bitchy girl from snapping off on high estro.. Use a low dose letro or aromasin if estro sensitive on high doses brutha
