no shows. just trying to put some clean siz on, about 250 before junior nationals. right now im doing about 30 min cardio a day, cheat meals once a day then low carb rest meals.

biggest things im working to put size on is hams, glutes, arms. started doing deads and making pretty good progress. hitting those twice a week.
