You look amazing
The only thing I can see that's even close to lacking is your long tricep head
Very very nice back though!

Simon, how are you training your legs. You and I are similar in height and I am very impressed with your quad development.

Thank you everyone for the kind words, as for plans in 2014 Im going to take a fairly long offseason, really thicken up, make improvements as needed and dependent on a few factors may move up a weight class for my next show.

Simon, how are you training your legs. You and I are similar in height and I am very impressed with your quad development.

Chris I've been training Mountain Dog style for a little over a year now and absolutely love it! I would say the biggest factor with this style of training is hitting the hamstrings first with a leg curl variation, getting nice and pumped before doing any type of squat or leg press. My hamstrings were always lagging behind my quads they still need quite a bit of work but I feel I'm finally heading in the right direction! If your not familiar with Mountain Dog training I would definitely look into it, it has a nice mixture of almost all aspects of training.

Out in the boondocks
Simon, you look great and if you are training mountain dog style, you have certainly done your homework and are heading in the right direction. If there is anything slightly lacking, I would have to say tris and maybe traps. You have a very impressive physique, great job.
