I've been training for 3 years now, but I've been lifting since high school football. I was always a big guy at 6'4 270+ lbs. Now I'm a smaller big guy at 6'4 230. My goal is to get to 10% bf but I've been stuck at 14-16% for the past year. Basically my gains have been minimal at best. I've cleaned up my diet and i still can't shake the unwanted fat. My trainer is a former fitness competitor and I find myself wanting to go down that path. Any advice you guys can offer would be great.

To really get a good answer maybe start a new thread and post up your diet and work out plan. Give up the real info on what you are doing and these guys will defiantly steer you right!

Be sure to include all your stats too.
