Since an increase in test levels would mean an increase in recovery ability right? So would you be able to up the frequency and volume of the workouts? Or should you just keep it the same as when you are off ? Diet wise, would you go up in total amount of calories and up the macros as well due to the increased protein synthesis? How about creatine intake?
