Working on leaning out quite a bit want to try and get rid of my LBF and love handles before i compete. I want to knock it out now so ill be ready to start doing shows by next season.

Let me know what you all think.

I like the old school look.

Leaning up nice - You may want to get the protein up -
you going to do body building?
I personally would be trying to bulk as much as possible now and start the dieting campaign closer to the season - just me -

From the first pic to the second was a year an 3 months. Had an injury an took off for 6 months.

Working without a trainer or nutritionist. I feel I've learned a lot from experimenting by myself and teaching myself. (still very much to learn)

I think my first show i will shoot for physique (but i have a feeling i may be too big).I want to give myself more time to build some more size before bodybuilding.

Everyone that competes now in person always tells me I'm a bodybuilder.

Kinda caught between choices.

I think i have a rare body type that can be utilized with the right guidance. I don't want to be massive, but very well stout in most areas. It's hard to compare myself to others in the past because I don't want to be something people have already been.

In a perfect world. Arnold chest arms legs back, and a Very tight physique midsection

I'm very driven for success so no matter what i choose I wont be there to lose....
