My first meal after my shake (pwo) is 7 oz of chicken. 8 oz of red potatoes and some greens, usually green beans or broccoli. I am considering the addition of a small (less than a tblspn) of ketchup to dip the red potatoes in. This is the begining of a contest prep for June. Didnt want to sabotage the diet. Its been a month and kind of looking for a few select harmless ways to spice up the meals. So far all of them are not punishment to eat but the potatoes are getting to be bland. I switched to them over white rice.
