I was wondering if I could get some opinions on the next cycle I plan to run. I am new to the board but I would like to give everyone a little background about me and some stats.
Well, I started using aas at 28 yrs old. I am now 43. I was all about the bodybuilding until I realized I was much stronger than most. I still enjoy the bb look but I love the powerlifting. I have probably done 12 to 13 cycles.
Here are my current stats:
6 ft
242 lbs/ biggest ever was 268 at 7% body fat
Bench press now 485lbs/ 670 with shirt in 2006
Squat 640lbs/ 815 with suit in 2006
I will try to post photos if I can blur the face
I keep a low profile, I was a mod on nutritional supplements.com for years.
Reason for slacking off: got married at 38 and started a family. I also had labrum tears in both shoulders and arthritis.
So, I have been out of the game for a bit. One of my old workout partners is in prison now. Some of you may have heard of him, Ron (lionheart) Palmer. I am also a big fan of IP gear. Have been using them since day one.
Ok, here is what I plan on doing with diet in check. I want to keep bloat to a minimum and there is so much new gear on the market.
Test enathate 600mg per week for 12 weeks
Trenbolone enanthate 75 eod for 12 weeks
Anadrol week 1 50mg, week 2 100mg, week 3 150 and taper back down for last 3 weeks
Aromasin @ 10mg a day for 12 weeks
Hcg and Clomid post cycle
I know it's pretty mild, but I'd like opinions
