hi, I'm a ciclist sprinter... going for take some important places.
I'm working on my endurance, the last 20 secons of kilo power are aerobic, but I must retain and enlarge my strenght, any suggestion about some stack=?

I'm 6,2, 200lbs
bench 280
half squat 520
deep squat 340
smj jump 74cm.
21 years old, 11% body fat

what about for the endurance program... anavar I also think is greate for specific strength but i'll be trainning until august high volume cardio fundamentals... then I turn my time so specifics... all for being ready for a international meeting in later october and an a World cup type event in november.
any suggestion about how to plan the androgenic supplementation?=?..
